​Interview with Ievgeniia Gubkina | Podcast

Ievgeniia​ Gubkina is an architect, public figure, and researcher of modernist architecture.

She worked at the Kharkiv Design Institute and O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy. From 2015 to 2018, she was a researcher at the Lviv Center for Urban History. Since 2014, she has served as a deputy head of the Urban Forms Center. Currently lectures at the Bartlett School of Architecture and the UCL School of Slavonic and East European Studies. She actively organizes and participates in numerous events dedicated to popularizing and researching the architectural heritage of modernism. Additionally, she is a co-author of the book 'Soviet Modernism. Brutalism. Post-Modernism. Buildings and Structures in Ukraine 1955-1991' (DOM publishers, 2019).
