​Visit to the Kharkiv Regional Organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine

He met with the head of the organization, Kostiantyn Bashkirov, and staff members involved in coordinating assistance for those affected by the Russo-Ukrainian War. The meeting focused on mechanisms for the delivery of American humanitarian aid in the form of medical supplies.
