Documentary Film “Industrial Utopia: The Unrealized Project of the Kharkiv Nuclear Power Plant”

The film was produced as part of the “Industrial Utopia” program, implemented by the Central State Scientific and Technical Archives of Ukraine with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. The program is an interdisciplinary research initiative that combines historical, technical, and artistic perspectives and seeks to reconsider the role of unrealized infrastructure projects as a phenomenon of twentieth-century industrial utopianism.

The event brought together a broad range of specialists and civic activists, who shared their impressions of the project and reflected on potential directions for its future development.
