Working Meeting with Members of “Khartiia-Hub”

On February 16, 2026, Olha Vovk and Sergiy Posokhov, the co-coordinators of the project “CITY AND WAR 2.0,” held a working meeting with members of “Khartiia-Hub,” an educational initiative of the 13th Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine, “Khartiia.”
The meeting focused on opportunities for collaboration to promote the history of Kharkiv, including organizing public events and producing popular scholarly materials. The participants also emphasized the importance of developing contemporary approaches to representing Kharkiv’s past in the context of the Russo-Ukrainian War and the ongoing transformation of the urban environment.
