Participation in the Workshop "Urbanistic Kharkiv: Planning a Sustainable Urban Future"

On February 5, 2025, Olha Vovk, as an invited expert, participated in the workshop "Urbanistic Kharkiv: Planning a Sustainable Urban Future" within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical Seminar "Interdisciplinary Research of Urbanized Spaces in the Context of Sustainable Development."
The event took place at the School of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism of V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University as part of the "Competence Aid for Ukraine (CAFU)" project supported by the Swedish Institute.
The seminar served as a platform to discuss the impact of the Russo-Ukrainian war on the economic, social, and cultural development of Kharkiv, as well as the prospects for the city’s development in the context of European integration. The event was attended by leading scientists, representatives of civil society organizations, and local government, who proposed practical solutions for building a modern and sustainable city in the challenging conditions of wartime.
