Participation in the Ukrainian-German Colloquium “Historiography in Times of War and Exile”

On February 2, 2023, coordinators and participants of the CITY AND WAR project Yevhen Rachkov, Sergiy Posokhov and Olha Vovk presented the results of cultural heritage research at the Ukrainian-German Сolloquium “Historiography in Times of War and Exile.”
The presentations were dedicated to the destruction, preservation and rethinking of the urban cultural heritage of Ukraine during the war, as well as the preliminary outcomes of the interdisciplinary project CITY AND WAR.
The colloquium was organized by the Department of Modern and Contemporary History with a Focus on the History of Eastern Europe of the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Prof. Julia Obertreis) and the School of History of the V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University (Prof. Liudmyla Posokhova).
